PROGRAMMING OPTIONS
OPTION #0
COINS PER CREDIT, COIN 1
This option determines How many coins are needed
to earn 1 "credit". A credit is needed to play a game.
The range for this option is 0-10. Setting a "0" puts
the game into FREE PLAY mode. The default value
for this option is "2" (2 coins per credit).
OPTION #1
HOW MANY COIN 1'S TO GIVE FOR
COIN 2 (OR DBV)
This option can be used for setting up a second
DIFFERENT value coin OR a Dollar Bill Validator
(DBV). Under most circumstances this input will be
wired to the DBV and the second coin mech will be
connected in parallel to coin 1. This is done so that it
is easier and faster for the vast majority of operators
to program the game.
This input works as follows: Since it is set up for
"How many coin 1's to give for coin 2" we can look at
it like this.
As an example, we will assume that coin 1 is set up
to accept quarters. We also know that the dollar bill
validator is set up for 1 pulse (or a dollar coin would
give you 1 pulse when the switch is activated). By
setting this option for "4", each time a pulse is sent,
it will convert this to the equivalent of 4 pulses from
coin #1 which is 25 cents. This value times 4 would
be the value of a dollar.
The range for this option is 0-10. Setting a "0" puts
the game into free play. The default value for this
option is "1"
OPTION #2
HOW MANY COIN 1'S TO GIVE FOR
COIN 2 (OR DBV)
This option is used as an additional input and func-
tions exactly as option #1. This option would be
used if you were using 2 different coins AND a DBV.
The range for this option is 0 -10. The default value
for this option is "4"
OPTION #3
GAMES PER CREDIT
This option is used for instances where the value of
the coin or DBV is greater than the value that you
wish to vend the game at. In this case for example if
were strictly running a Dollar Bill or Dollar coin you
could set the option to "2" and you would get 2 cred-
its each time a Dollar Bill or Coin was inserted.
The range for this option is 1-10. The default value is
"1" (1 game per credit).
