damages or penalties incurred or suffered resulting from the use of this product in an improper manner or
location other than that for which it is intended or from failure to heed any warning disclaimer or
instruction. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to
you. This warranty gives your specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from
