When

long press the
Power On-Off/ESC
key, POWER_KEY- and POWER_ON are at high level, and
the radio powers

. After power-on, PWR_ON goes to high level, and PWR-KEY_DET goes to low
level.
During power-off, POWER_KEY- is at low level, while PWR-KEY_DET is at high level. The system
detects power-off procedure via PWR-KEY_DET and implements the power-off procedure. Then
PWR_ON and POWER_ON go to low level, and the power is cut off.
