● Apply BOND “ 1215 ” to the right crankcase.
● Install the crankcase.
● Install the crankcase bolts, right and left.

CAUTION

Application of BOND

must be per-
formed within a short period of time.
� Take extreme care not to let BOND “ 1215 ”
enter into the oil hole or bearing.
NOTE
Tightening the crankcase bolts, tighten each bolt
little by little diagonally.
NOTE
� After the crankcase bolts have been tight-
ened, make sure that the crankshaft, counter-
shaft and driveshaft rotate smoothly.
� If these shafts do not rotate smoothly, try to
free it by tapping with a plastic hammer.
