●
Install the left front fork in the same manner as the
right one.
●
Install the front fender and tighten its mounting bolts
with finger.
●
Install the front wheel. (Refer to page 7-8)
●
Install the brake calipers. (Refer to page 7-13)
●
Swing the motorcycle up and down several times.
●
Tighten the front fender mounting bolts.
●
Install the brake hose securely.

FRONT FORK SETTING
After installing the front fork, adjust the rebound and
compression damping force as follows.

DAMPING FORCE ADJUSTMENT
1.Rebound damping force
To adjust the rebound damping force turn in the adjuster

Count the number of clicks from the fully turned-in posi-
tion.

2. Compression damping force
