Maintenance and care of the battery:
Every craft owner is responsible for maintaining the battery in fully charged
condition. If this is not done, the battery might fail and your S4 Standup might
ground.
If you use your S4 Standup only rarely, the battery voltage must be checked every
week with a voltmeter. If the voltage drops below 12.6 Volt, the battery must be
charged with a suitable charger. If you don't use your S4 Standup for more than two
weeks, the battery must be charged with a suitable charger.
Do not use a quick charger for cars. This can lead to an overcharge and damage
the battery.
Hydrospace recommends the following charger:
OptiMate 3
More details from your official Hydrospace dealer.
Charging the battery:
If possible, remove the battery from the S4 Standup.
Charge the battery with a suitable charger.
