Starting
The first time using the machine do all of the following adjustments
without any hose to see the working conditions of the equipment and do
remember to keep the fingers and any other bodily parts and/or foreign
material away from the hose grip system!
Assemble the correct tooling and close the hatch.
Release the emergency switch by turning the button clockwise.
Close the “Tool change” switch (Automatic change of tool holder).
Adjust the “Hose grip pressure control” to max. pressure (6-8 bars).
Adjust the “Pressure control system” to 6-8 bars for the skiving
power.
Adjust the skiving speed by valve A and B on the control panel.
Press the button “Reset” and the pneumatic system is ON.
Place the hose fitting on the tool.
VERY IMPORTANT: Keep the
fingers around the hose outside of the machine.
Adjust the protection plates in picture 1 and 2 to minimize the free
space around the hose to prevent pinching injuries.
Press the Start/foot pedal and the hose grip system will close and the
tool will go forward and insert the fitting.
When a full stroke is done, relief the foot pedal and the tool will go
back to its starting position and the hose grip system will open.
Check the skiving result.
