8 Rectifying errors
The following errors may occur during handling or operation of
the filter housing:
Malfunction Cause(s) Rectification
No function.
The motor pump
group does not
turn.
No electric ten-
sion. Check the feed
line, fuse and
the switch.
The pump is
blocked. Contact the HY-
DAC Service
Department.
No oil flow. The hydraulic
system is
switched off. Switch on the
hydraulic sys-
tem.
The locking fea-
tures upstream
or downstream
of the filter ele-
ment are closed. Open the shut-
off devices
slowly.
The filter ele-
ment is blocked. Replace the filter
element.
The viscosity of
the fluid is too
high. Check the vis-
cosity of the
fluid.
Heat the fluid to
achieve the per-
missible viscos-
ity.
The transport
seals have not
been removed. Remove the
transport seals.
The transport
seals are the
yellow plastic
parts.
