Clean-Room Conditions in the Analysis Chamber - Rinsing of the inner

chamber

Clean the analysis chamber of the CTU before the beginning of a

contamination test series with the "Rinsing of inner chamber" program

defined by the volume or by the time/duration.
During operation, as well as between extractions, make sure that the analysis

chamber is always closed and is opened for only a short time for the insertion

of the component to be analyzed. Only in this way can you ensure that

contamination from the surrounding area is as minimal as possible.
