UbriCaTion sCHedUle
Vertical head assembly:
Which is on the main transmission gear housing, use the injection grease gun for filling
grease to inside of head housing, and then to double check the gears running at hi-speed without problem.
Main transmission gear box:
This is lubricated by means of splash lubricating system with No.68 machine oil,
check oil level regularly through the sight glass (3A).
Central Auto Lubrication oil system:
To filling No.46 machine oil for all slides.
CAUTION: To be careful the oil sight glass (6A)
located on the left side of machine frame.
The level for the oil sight glass is between
350cc and 400cc. DO NOT over than 450cc!
