Horizontal Milling Spindle
To use the flexible handles (1) located on the left side of cross slide, for tightening
and loosening the arbor smoothly. Clamping devices for vertical milling ISO-40 spindle taper with thread M16

To take the arbor steady device from the
machine package, and then to clean out
the anti-rusty oil from this device before
installing.
Using the hex wrench to loosen the M10
hex socket cap screw (1) at first, and then
installing the steady device toward to the
front side of dovetail of ram slowly, please
making sure the brass bushing (2) is
engaged with the steady device as well.
Be careful to installing the longer arbor to
mounting with the horizontal spindle (3)
To insert the longer arbor thru the center
hole of arbor steady device directly, and
then to remove the ram for making sure
the correct distance between the nose
of horizontal spindle and steady device.
Using the hex wrench to tightening the
M10 hex socket cap screw (1) properly.

To take the arbor steady device from the machine package, and then to clean
out the anti-rusty oil from this device before installing.
Using the hex wrench to loosen the M10 hex socket cap screw (1) at first, and
then installing the steady device toward to the front side of dovetail of ram
slowly, please making sure the brass bushing (2) is engaged with the steady
device as well.
Be careful to installing the longer arbor to mounting with the horizontal spindle
(3)

and then to remove the ram for making sure the correct distance between the
nose of horizontal spindle and steady device.
Using the hex wrench to tightening the M10 hex socket cap screw (1) properly.
