Changing/fitting the diamonds
Have a set of gloves ready, as diamond tools can get very
hot.

diamonds' section.

Dismantle the support wheel. For more information,
please see the 'Support wheel' section.
•
Set handle in upright position.
•
Fold down the foot support.
•
Grab the handle bar and with one foot on the foot
support, tilt the machine backward.
•
The machine should rest on its wheels and the
chassis.
•
Put on gloves.
•
Use a hammer to remove the diamond segments.
•
Affix new diamond segments on the grinding disc.
•
Once new diamond segments have been attached,
reverse procedure to lower machine to ground.
For ease and to ensure the floor is not damaged when
changing tools it is recommended to remove the whole
diamond holder disc and change the tools on a flat level
surface.
Since the new diamonds may have a different height than
the ones used previously, the dust skirt must be adjusted
so that it seals against the floor.
Ensure the dust skirt is intact and clean and that it seals
against the floor. A damaged dust skirt must be replaced.
!
WARNING! The machine should be
switched off with the power cable
disconnected from the outlet.
NOTICE! When the machine is being used, all the
grinding discs must always have the same number and
type of diamonds. The height of the diamond must be
the same on all grinding discs.
