Functions menu
Oscillation
This function is used to get the machine to oscillate/swing
during grinding to prevent edges/ridges between passes.
•
ON/OFF - activates/deactivates oscillation, for
example when turning the machine. When oscillation
is reactivated, previous settings will be used.
•
OFFSET - is used for directional correction of
machine displacement when grinding.
•
AMPLITUDE - is used to set how wide the machine
will oscillate.
•
FREQUENCY - is used to set how fast the machine
will oscillate.
Explanation of settings
•
Oscillation deactivated. Use the arrow keys to
activate.
•
Oscillation activated. Press OK to activate setting for
OFFSET.
•
OFFSET adjustment. Press the arrow keys to adjust
setting for OFFSET. Press OK to adjust AMPLITUDE.
•
AMPLITUDE adjustment. Press the arrow keys to
adjust seting for AMPLITUDE. Press OK to adjust
FREQUENCY.
•
FREQUENCY adjustment. Press the arrow keys to
adjust setting for FREQUENCY. Press OK to return to
ON/OFF mode.
Warning indication
The warning triangle comes on and the machine’s
warning lamp flashes faster when the machine detects a
fault. For more information regarding the fault that has
been detected and what action to take, see the
'Troubleshooting' section
NOTICE! There is a delay before this correction comes
into play.
