LUBRICATION SYSTEM

Exhaust gases are toxic and inhaling them may

result in unconsciousness and death.
- Always make sure there is sufficient ventilation when running the

engine.

Use an effective exhaust extraction system when starting or running

the engine in an enclosed space.

Start the engine and run it until it is warm.

Check the engine oil pressure.

Engine oil pressure

Engine oil temperature: 80 °C

(176 °F)
Engine speed: 1,600 rpm
Engine oil temperature: 80 °c

(176 °F)

Engine speed: 6,000 rpm

If the specification is not reached:

0.35 bar (5.1 psi)

2.2 bar (32 psi)

Change the oil filter. Check the oil pumps for wear. Check that all oil holes

are clear.

Switch off the engine.

Warning

Danger of burns

Some vehicle components get very hot when the

machine is driven.

Wear appropriate protective clothing and safety gloves. In case of

burns, rinse immediately with lukewarm water.

Remove the special tools.
