For optimal performance of the engine oil, do not mix different types of
engine oil.
If appropriate, change the engine oil.
- Install and tighten the oil filler plug with O-ring.

- Always make sure there is sufficient ventilation when running the
engine.

- Use an effective exhaust extraction system when starting or running
the engine in an enclosed space.
- Start the engine and check that it is oil-tight.
Checking the engine oil ressure

Engine and gear oil get very hot when the motorcycle is ridden.
- Wear suitable protective clothing and safety gloves.
- In the event of scalding, rinse the area affected immediately with lukewarm water.
