07 The juicer is not operating at all.

Check if the power cord is connected properly.

Check if the hopper is assembled properly. Check if the hopper’s lid is assembled properly.

Check if the product is assembled in proper order. Refer to p. 08~11 (How to Assemble).

The juicer would not operate properly when the hopper is not assembled properly.

If the trouble still persists after taking said measures, please contact our customer center for further

instruction.

08 The appliance stops during normal operation.

Have you in heavy loads or large pieces of ingredients into the appliance?

Refer to p. 18    of the manual and follow the guideline for using [REV] button.

If the issue is not resolved after following the above process, please contact your local Customer

Service Center.

09 There are fine lines or scratch marks around the screw.

These are molding marks resulting from the normal manufacturing process.

This is normal  and there is no problem for use.

10 The chamber set icannot be assembled to the main body.

The chamber set cannot be to the main body when the lever is set to

OPEN

Please set the lever to CLOSE position before assembling the chamber set to the main body.

11 The juice is leaking between chamber and hopper.

Did you put too many ingredients?

The capacity of the chamber is 500ml and the volume of juice varies depending on the water content

of the ingredient

Check the [MAX], [                           ] icon on the side of the hopper and make sure the

ingredients in the hopper do not exceed that line.

12 Cannot open the hopper.

It is possible that there is pulp remaining inside. Set the lever to       (Half Open), turn the power dial to

[ON], and run the juicer to remove the pulp inside or turn the dial to [REV] for 3~5 seconds and stop

and repeat this twice or three times. You will be able to open the chamber lid easily afterwards.

Did you put foreign object or solid object (such as the hard seed such as the seed of persimmons)?

Turn the power dial to [REV] to push up the alien substance toward the inlet to remove.

Do not use excessive force to open the lid. Try to open it in the recommended manner and if you still

cannot open the lid then please contact our Customer Service Center for further instructions.

13 The chamber is shaking or making noise (when extracting juice).

The chamber can shake slightly due to the rotation of the motor.

Extracting juice from various ingredients can cause various degrees of movements depending on

the characteristics of the ingredients (hardness and toughness). This is a normal as the movement is

caused by the rotating screw and is not considered as a trouble. It may seem that it is shaking more

severely when extracting juice from hard ingredients (i.e. carrot/potato/radish/beet, etc.)

compared to when extracting from soft and watery ingredients. Some noise can be generated from

the friction between ingredients depending on the characteristics of the ingredients (i.e. carrot/

cabbage, etc.) when extracting juiceThe noise heard when you move the hopper up or down is normal

for operation.
