7. Installation and maintenance of the equipment must be carried out by qualified engineers.
OPERATION
1. The rotisserie is controlled using the control panel on the front panel. Product preparation
is adjusted according to the user's needs.
2. Turn on the power, and the power indicator will light up. Turn the temperature controller
clockwise to the desired value, the heating indicator will light up and heating begins. The tem-
perature is automatically maintained by the thermostat.
3. The internal light can be used to control the grilling process.
4. During cooking, turn on the spit switch to ensure even cooking.
5. Clean the drip tray in a timely manner. To avoid overfilling, do not let the amount of accu-
mulated fat exceed the tray capacity by more than a third.
6. Adjust the temperature according to the type and weight of the food to be cooked.
7. If any malfunctions occur in the device, it must be immediately de-energized. The device can
only be switched on after all faults have been checked and corrected.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. To avoid accidents, the power supply must be switched off immediately before cleaning and
maintenance.
2. When cleaning, use anti-corrosion cleaners and wet wipes.
3. Prevent moisture from entering the electrical components of the device.
