Make sure that grindstone surfaces are clean. Upon several cutter sharpening
procedures the grindstones should be cleaned with a brush.

To avoid eye injury, do not draw your face near the grindstones in the course of
cutter sharpening and removal of fins.
If the equipment is not to be operated for a long time (days off, holidays, etc.), it should
be de-energized and thoroughly cleaned and lubricated.
SAFETY
1.
Equipment installation and connection to the electricity mains shall be performed by
skilled professionals only.
2.
To connect monophase equipment, a three-wire circuit with grounding shall be used.
3.
The equipment shall be installed on a stable support 800-900 mm in height with flat
level surface. The surface shall be dry and clean. The support shall stand the equipment
weight (see the "Technical specifications" section).
4.
The operation staff shall ensure that the electric cable is not hanging over the edge of
the support and touching hot and sharp-edged items. Do not twist and deform the cable,
do not put heavy objects on it. In the course of de-energizing do not pull the cable,
always take the male connector. Do not take the cable and the male connector with wet
hands. Operation of the equipment with a damaged electric cable shall not be allowed.

The equipment is intended for cutting of meat delicacies only. The equipment shall not
be used to cut frozen products, meat and fish with bones and non-food products.
6.
The equipment is intended for intermittent periodic operation only; the duration of the
working cycle shall be no more than 10 minutes. This means that after each 10 minutes
of operation, there should be a process pause of no less than 10 minutes.
7.
Make sure that the cutter blade is always sharp and fin-free. The equipment shall not
be operated if the cutter diameter diminish by more than 6 mm due to multiple
sharpening.
8.
In the course of equipment operation wearing of special clothes is recommended. No
loose clothes, scarves, neck handkerchiefs, ties, jewelry, etc. are allowed. The sleeves
should be buttoned. The hair should be covered with a kerchief.
9.
To avoid electrical shock, do not touch the equipment with wet hands.
10.
Delivery of products to the rotating cutter by hand shall not be allowed. Use the product
holder.
11.
The energized equipment shall not be left unattended.
12.
Maintenance of energized equipment is prohibited.
13.
Washing of the equipment under a direct water stream or submergence thereof into
water or any other liquid is not allowed.
14.
You should be particularly careful while cleaning and sharpening the cutter, as the
cutter is very sharp.
15.
In case of any failure service professionals shall be contacted.
