Orientation Guide
The front
"The front" refers to the side where the push bars are arranged. The operating staff stays at this side to move
the mobile bain marie.
The rear
"The rear" denotes the opposite side of the front side (the front).
The right
"Right" refers to the right hand side when viewed from the front side (front). The On/Off switch of the cooling
element is on this side.
The left
"Left" refers to the left hand side when viewed from the front side (front).
