Installing  Service Boards

c

Hold the ejector levers outwards until a maximum 
angle is formed between the ejector levers and the 
front panel. Then, gently slide the board along the 
guide rails into the slot until the board is fully 
seated in the slot.

Push the ejector levers inwards to secure the board 
in the slot.

Tighten the screws on the front panel of the board.

Remove the filler panel screws and hold the 
ejector levers outwards. Then withdraw the filler 
panel from the slot.

The following describes how to install boards in upper slots. The installation direction of boards in lower 
slots is opposite.

•

W hen installing boards, ensure that there is no vacant slot. Other slots must be installed with boards or 
filler panels.
