Figure 5-3 shows how the Box 700's web interface appears when the chair is controlling a
meeting.

5.11 Network Address Book
The network address book stores participant information. The Box 700 can quickly obtain
your desired participant information from the network address book on the corporate directory
or LDAP server.
The administrator can perform the following operations:
l Query, edit, and delete contacts on the web interface, sort contacts, add participants to
the address book, and add groups.
