If the Secondary user’s email
address is already in the database
the fields will auto-populate with
the Secondary user’s account
information. See Figure 24.
Once populated, proceed to the
Assigning Access Levels section.

4. If the email address does not match
any in the database, the Primary user
has the option to retry (in case the
email was entered incorrectly the
first time), send an email invitation,
or cancel. See Figure 25.

If the Secondary user has not set
up an account, the Primary may tap
“send invitation” to send an email to
the address entered in the email field.

5. The invitation email sent to the
Secondary user is shown in Figure
27. Clicking on the “Register your
account” link will bring the user
to the log in page to create an
account. See the “Creating a
User Account” instructions, this
document.
