tape drives and each tape drive has two primary ports attached to a different switch. Each drive port
presents both tape drive (SSC) and tape library (SMC) devices. One of the drives will be configured to
present the active tape library device paths and the second drive will be configured to present passive
tape library device paths. All tape drive paths are active.
