· If the client machine has 4GB RAM, there will be lag in Video/keyboard/mouse functionality.

Supported Browsers

· Chrome latest version.

· IE 11 and above.

· Firefox (with limited support).

Note:

It is advisable to use Chrome or IE for H5Viewer, since Firefox has its own memory limitations.
