Removing the MEC

Installing the MEC

To install the MEC:

1. Replace the MEC, making sure it is fully seated, and tighten the

retaining screw.

2. Replace the chassis beam assembly (see page 23).

3. Close and secure the hard disk drive cage (see page 20).

4. Replace the Workstation cover (see page 18).

5. Reconnect all power cables and any LAN or telecommunications

cables.
