Set User Permissions on the Active Directory Server
On the active directory server:

. Click Start > Programs > Administrative Tools .

. Click Active Directory Users and Computers .

. Right-click on the appropriate domain name

. Click Delegate Control .

. Click Next .

. Click Add to add users.

. Highlight Everyone and click Add .

. Click OK .

. Click Next .

. Select Join a Computer to the Domain .
