NOTE:
In an environment in which the DBCS functionality is used, concatenate HPQYPNLT to
the alternate panel library (DD name ISPPALT) as well. Also, concatenate HPQYMSGT to the
alternate message library (DD name ISPMALT). For details, see the ISPF User's Guide Volume I.
Settings for using the YKWATCH command and the copy group definition generation function for
PPRC copy pairs
The
YKWATCH
command and the copy group definition generation function for PPRC copy pairs
are executed as background jobs.
YKWPROC
is the procedure for a background job of
YKWATCH
and of the Copy Group Definition Generation Function for PPRC copy pairs. To use the
YKWATCH
command or the Copy Group Definition Generation Function for PPRC copy pairs, specify the JCL
of the background job for
JCL JOB Statement
in the Set Defaults panel.
Perform either of the following operations to enable
YKWPROC
to be executed:
•
Concatenate the cataloged procedures library HPQYPRCT to the dd name IEFPDSI in the
MSTJCL
xx parmlib member.
•
Copy the
YKWPROC
member from the cataloged procedures library HPQYPRCT to a user
PROCLIB.
NOTE:
Modify the dataset names in this procedure according to the names used for the target
library HPQYLNKT and HPQYEXET.

Link the
HPQYPRCT
cataloged procedure library to the
IEFPDSI
DD name of the
MSTJCL
xx
parmlib member.
•
Copy the
YKALCSVC
member,
YKSETENV
member, and
YKDSPENV
member from the cataloged
procedure library
HPQYPRCT
to a user’s PROCLIB.
Once you have added these commands in the
COMMND
xx parmlib member, it is automatically
executed at the time of an IPL.
