Symptom

Power supply failures
Power LED is off
Symptom
The router cannot be powered on and the power LED on the front panel is off.
Solution
To resolve the problem::
1.
Verify that the power switch is turned on.
2.
Verify that the power cords of the router are firmly connected.
3.
Verify that the switch of the power source is turned on.
4.
Verify that the power cord is not damaged.
5.
If the problem persists, contact Hewlett Packard Enterprise Support.
