
In this release, the .NET IRC and Java IRC support this feature.
3. Click the Virtual Drives menu, and then select the drive letter of a floppy disk, CD-ROM/DVD, or USB key drive on
your client PC.
The virtual drive activity LED will show virtual drive activity.
Using a local IMG or ISO with the HTML5 IRC
Prerequisites
• Remote Console privilege
• A license that supports this feature is installed. For information about the available license types and the features they
support, see the licensing documentation at the following website:

• The
Remote Console feature is enabled on the Access Settings page.
• The
Virtual Media feature is enabled on the Access Settings page.
Procedure
1. Click Remote Console & Media in the navigation tree.
The
Launch tab displays the remote console launch options.
2. Start the HTML5 IRC.
3. Click the Virtual Media icon and select Floppy > Local *.img file for an IMG file, or select CD/DVD > Local *.iso file
for an ISO file.
The remote console prompts you to select a disk image.
4. Enter the path or file name of the image file in the File name text box.
You can also browse to the image file location, and then click
Open.
The virtual drive activity LED will show virtual drive activity.
