Refer to Figure 3–4 and install the outer halves of the slides on the cabinet rails as follows:

1.

Install cagenuts (8) on the front and rear vertical rails. Be sure they are installed in
the correct holes as specified in Section 3.2.

2.

Install each outer slide half using M6 x 18mm Phillips pan head screws (4). Do not
completely tighten all the screws until you have installed the I/O drawer in the
cabinet (see Section 3.5).
