connected

spectrum

analyzer

used

set

up

the

initial

spectrum

analyzer

settings

and

to

load

the

correction

factors

for

the

complete

test

set.

This

includes

the

correction

factors

for

the

antenna

(that

is

,

the

antenna

factors)

and

correction

factors

for

the

ampliers

,

cables

,

and

lters

.

The

D

ANL

test

is

performed

in

two

parts:

P

art

1,

1

to

18

GHz

Video

averaging

is

activated

and

the

displayed

average

noise

level

is

measured

in

zero

span

at

the

selected

frequency

points

.

The

antenna

correction

factor

at

the

test

frequency

must

be

used

to

calculate

the

actual

not

used
