13. The alarm message is switched off. The cavity temperature is displayed.

14. Press the Start button

. If the oven has a meat probe feature the cavity lamp will be switched

on. When the meat probe is connected to the oven the current temperature will be displayed as
well.

15. Press the Start button

. The cavity lamp will be switched off and the function of the encoder can

be checked. Turn the central knob clockwise or anticlockwise. If the encoder is not turned on the
'+' and '-' signs will not be displayed.

16. Press the Start button

. The relays steering the different loads testing them in a sequence.

For safety reasons the load will be switched off after around 5 seconds. The display will change
from the indication of load to OFF.
