10. WATER VALVE
1) Close the water supply tap.
2) Unplug the icemaker or disconnect the power source.
3) Remove the Top Panel.
4) Disconnect the Receptacle (leads) from the Water Valve.
5) Remove the Valve Outlet tubing by releasing the Clamp.
6) Remove the Inlet Hose and Water Valve.
7) Install the new valve in the reverse order of the removal procedure.
8) Open the water supply tap.
9) Plug in the icemaker or connect the power source.
10) Check for leaks.
11) Replace the Top Panel in its correct position.
Note: When replacing parts, disassemble as shown in Fig. 17 (page 54) and replace the
defective parts.
