b) Prep Table
: DTh warms to 44°F (6.6°C). DH de-energizes. Confirm continuity of
DTh. Replace as needed. If DTh is good and DH continues after DTh achieves
44°F (6.6°C), replace CM.
c) Freezer:
DTh warms to 45°F (7°C) or 50°F (10°C). DH de-energizes. Confirm
continuity of DTh. Replace as needed. If DTh is good and DH continues after DTh
achieves 45°F (7°C) or 50°F (10°C), replace CM.
