HOSHIZAKI EUROPE B.V.
The device must be cleaned regularly. The intervals depend on the usage and level of
soiling (at least annually).
When working with the electrical equipment, the device must always
be disconnected from the mains by pulling out the power plug. It is
NOT sufficient to switch off the device with the ON/OFF button as
parts of the device are still live
The cooling unit must not be sprayed with water
– especially not with high-
pressure cleaners
– as this can cause short circuits and other damage to the
electrical system.
Cleaning agents containing chlorine or chlorine compounds as well as other
aggressive agents
should not be used
as they may cause corrosion of the
stainless surfaces and the internal cooling system.
The
cooling system
and in particular the condenser must be kept free of dirt and
dust, for which a vacuum cleaner and a hard brush are most suitable. Take
special care not to damage the condenser wires and ventilation flaps during
cleaning.
The
condensation water pan
(at the top on the cabinet) as well as its drainage
path must be kept clean to ensure unimpeded drainage of the condensation
water. For cleaning condensation water pan authorized technical service
personnel can remove mono block cooling system and then can clean the pan.
The
re-evaporation tray
requires regular cleaning. (at least annually).
The inside and outside of the cabinet must be cleaned at appropriate intervals
with a weak soap solution and checked for damage before the refrigeration unit is
put back into operation.
The outside of the cabinet can be cleaned using cleaning agents for stainless
steel.
