Adjusting the drilling
depth
The drilling depth of the coulter discs is limited by
the depth guide rollers. The drilling depth can be
adjusted in 12 steps from approx. 1.5 cm to 9 cm.

Adjusting the drilling depth

Lift the machine.
¾
Remove the lock from the adjustment bolt,
insert the bolt at the desired position and
lock it again. The depth changes by approx.
0.6 cm per stage.
The sequence of possible adjustments can be
found on the sticker in Pos. 1 from 1.5 cm to
Pos. 12 with 9 cm.

Assembling the trap roller

Mind the assembly direction of the trap roller:
The bracket of the trap roller must point for-
ward in travel direction (see sticker).
Incorrect assembly leads to severe place-
ment faults!

Please note when parking the machine
The trap rollers must not rest on the ground.
Disassemble the trap rollers, the machine can
then rest on the coulter discs.
Maintenance

Check the wear on the coulter discs, if neces-
sary move the trap rollers down by one bore.
¾
Check the trap rollers every day for damage
and free rotation.
Hard moving rollers can displace the
seeds in the furrow and thus cause
uneven distribution.
