Adjusting the vacuum
The possible vacuum range is specified in the
E-Manager in the fruit parameter menu.
Depending on grain shape, weight, metering
disc and application conditions an adaptation
is required.
As a rule of thumb the required vacuum level
needs to be adjusted higher for smaller metering
disc holes / slots than for bigger ones.
For sun flowers the vacuum must always be
set as low as possible.
The effect of the vacuum setting only
becomes apparent in a test.
