Maintenance
This pre-tension will reduce due to wear and the
discs will no longer have contact.
In this case the discs must be renewed or re-
adjusted:

Loosen the screws (1) and take them off to

gether with the coulter disc.

Loosen the screws (2) and take them off to
-
gether with the bearing
¾
Depending on the amount of wear, remove
the spacer discs (3). Tighten the screws with
90 Ft-lbs
.

Fasten the coulter disc again with the screws (1).
Do
not
assemble the previously removed
shims!
