Measurement flow
Sample water is conveyed through sensor 1, decomposition cell, and sensor 2, in that order.
The TOC components that underwent UV oxidation decomposition are detected as electric
conductivity by measuring their conductivity and temperature, and drained.
By calculating the difference in conductivity between the sensor 1 and the sensor 2, TOC can
be obtained.
