onsumables

Consumables and replacement periods
The consumables that need to be replaced and the replacement periods
are as follows. Replace each part at the appropriate timing to ensure
accurate measurement.

Membrane cap replacement guide
When the slope displayed on the meter is less than 80%
during calibration, clean the electrode (
“How to keep the
electrode” (page 36)) and perform the calibration operation
again. If the slope is still less than 80% after that, replace the
membrane cap. If the response time is getting longer, also
replace the membrane cap (
“Response time” (page 60)).

The main unit of the electrode and ion electrode tip are not
repairable parts.

Replace after approx. 40 hours

month after purchase or after approx. 40 hours of use depending on sample
solution, measurement frequency, and measurement environment.
