Battery system trak | systemizer dynamics
trak | systemizer dynamics
is a battery system for applications in which the batteries are
discharged with high currents in relation to battery capacity. Typical examples of application
are use in heavy goods vehicles, and at the same time loading requirements such as lifting,
acceleration, lowering, braking and loading with bulk goods.
trak | systemizer dynamics
is a sealed, maintenance-free traction battery system and is
therefore environmentally friendly with very low operating costs.
The system comprises the following basic components:
•
battery cell of type 2V - trak.power
•
sheet metal battery tray or trays
•
on-board charger or standalone charger
•
optional: battery charging cable permanently installed (on-board charger) or battery
charging cable with plug (standalone charger)
•
set of cell connectors and pole screws
•
optional: battery connecting cable with socket
Each
trak | systemizer dynamics
system is individually designed for one vehicle and provided as
a fully functional system. Please refer to the respective data sheet for more detailed information,
since there are many possible variants of battery capacities, system voltages and the carrier
design, and it is not possible to provide separate descriptions of all of these here.

Storage
If the
trak | systemizer dynamics
storage system is decommissioned for an extended
period of time, it must be stored fully charged in a clean, dry, cool and frost-free area. High
storage temperatures will result in the battery discharging itself more rapidly than usual and
the premature ageing of the built-in battery cells. Do not expose the system to direct
sunlight.
To avoid damage,
battery cells must be recharged
after a
storage time of 3 months
maximum
(from receipt of the goods). At 20°C, the battery will discharge itself by approx.
2% per month. At storage temperatures of above 20°C, it will be necessary to recharge the
battery, as mentioned above, more often (e.g. at a storage temperature of 40°C, batteries
must be charged once per month). The
trak | systemizer dynamics
storage system is
combined with a charger (onboard or standing unit) that can be used to recharge the system
conveniently and easily in accordance with point 7.2.
The time spent in storage must be taken into account when considering the system's service life.
If there are connected consumers, e.g. measurement or control installations, recharging may be
necessary as often as every 14 days.
