5.  Insert the Cups in the tray holes. Cups should clip into holes in Tray  

Cover. 

 

6.  Place seeds on top of cup and push seeds down 1/8 of an inch into 

rockwool. We    recommend planting at least 4 seeds per cup. Please 

use seeds that are legal to    use in your growing location. We do not
