Take the long and wider rod and push it into the 90 connector on both sides.

To adjust the height, simply unscrew the adjustor on both sides and lift the top rod to
desired height. Once height is reached, tighten the adjustors and it will lock the height. We
recommend not raising the height too high to start. Use the ratchets to adjust height until it
cannot be raised any more, then raise the light stand.
