Turn the outer ring clockwise (it will not turn counter-clockwise) until the arrow
points to the current time.

Now push down the black tabs for the time you want the lights “ON.” The tabs are
in 15-minute increments. If you push tabs up, they will be in the “OFF” mode. We
recommend 16 hours on for most plants and 8 hours off. We found 6am – 10pm
ON and 10pm – 6am OFF was a good cycle.
3.
Once your timer is set plug it in the “TOP” outlet. This will leave room for your
pump plug-in to go on the bottom outlet.

Lights off for First Week
Vegetative Growth
: 16 hours on, 8 hours off.
Fruiting and Flowering
: 12 hours on, 12 hours off.
