HON 5020 gas pressure regulator with HON 630 pilot

Description

Remove the pistons from the connecting
piece.

Remove the diaphragm disc (1) and the
diaphragm (2).

Remove the valve body from the spring
housing.
Screw the assembly aid (1) into the valve
insert (2).

Hold on to the connecting piece (1) and
pull out the valve insert (2).
Remove the connecting piece.

Replace the valve insert with a new one.
Insert a new, greased O-ring (1).
