Turning
the
Monitor
Off
The ability to power off the monitor is restricted so that end users cannot accidentally turn it off. You have
to be within a password protected area, such as the
General
or
Advanced
areas under
Settings
to be able to
power the monitor off.
To turn off the monitor:
1. Press and hold the power button on the top side of the monitor. A window similar to the following
appears:
2. Select
Power off
. The monitor turns off.
Note:
Refer to the manufacturer’s instructions for information on the other options on this menu.
3. Press and hold the power button to restart the monitor.
PIN
Number
The PIN number is in the
Transmit Menu
,
Pin Number
sub-menu and requires a password to view. The PIN
number identifies your organization’s mailbox on the network. You must make sure that this number is
correct. Check the number against the one you received during your in-service. Refer to
Confirming the
PIN Number
in the
Configuration
document.
To make the PIN number visible the Clinician password must be entered.
