1.
Insert the outer end cap on the
roller cover.
2.
Insert the spacer inside roller
cover.
3.
Insert the inner end cap on
roller cover.
4.
Ensure the outer end cap is in
the open position by depressing
PUSH TO REMOVE side of the
tab. Assemble the roller cover
to the roller frame by inserting
the frame inside the inner end
cap.
Push roller cover onto the roller
frame until the roller cover
stops.

6.
Insert the inner handle inside
the outer handle and push
together.
• NOTE:
Do not allow the inner
handle o-rings/quad rings to
come out of their groove or get
pinched or roll when inserting.
Damage can result.
• NOTE:
Ensure o-rings/quad rings
are lubricated with petroleum
jelly prior to assembly.
7.
To reassemble, hold the tube
securely and turn the handle
clockwise until secure.
5.
Lock the outer end cap onto the
roller frame by depressing the
locking tab.
8.
Assemble roller assembly onto
PAINTSTICK EZ-TWIST handle
assembly and tighten nut. All
parts must be thoroughly dry
prior to reassembly.
