HELPFUL TIPS
NEVER leave the appliance unattended while operating.
Cooking Tips
There may be some smoking during first use. This is normal.
Remove foods from the Griddle using a flat plastic or wooden utensil. DO NOT use
metal utensils as they may scratch and damage the non-stick cooking surface.
Put foods that you want to keep warm (i.e. toast, cooked pancakes) in the
Warming Drawer and slide under the Griddle until ready to serve.
Some meats create a lot of drippings. When cooking meat, be sure
to periodically check the Drip Tray to prevent overflow.
