INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Before assembling, please check the parts quantity according to  

the PARTS LIST.

2. Carefully unpack and spread out all parts in a large uncluttered area.

3.  Familiarize yourself with all parts and compare them with the drawing below to 

make sure none are missing.

5) Compressor Nozzle 

 

6) 2 Washers 

b) Sealing Tape 
c) Power Cord 
d) 3 Ceramic Nozzles 
e) Intake Filter

This unit comes with 3 replacement Window Covers (Part B). The Window Cover is made 

out of 0.5 mm PVC film. If the film is getting unclear, it may be replaced to avoid affecting 

visibility during work.

ASSEMBLY

  Before use, remove plug on the back of the unit, and install the Intake Vent (Part e). 

NEVER USE THE ABRASIVE CABINET WITH THE HOLE PLUGGED.

ASSEMBLE ABRASIVE GUN

1.  Unscrew Compressor Nozzle (Part 5) and remove the 2 Large Washers (Part 6) from the 

Small Hose (Part 2)

2.  Wrap Sealing Tape (Part c) several times around the exposed threads and reinstall one 

Large Washer (Part 6)

3.  Feed exposed thread through the hole in the lower right side of the cabinet. Reinstall 

other Large Washer (Part 6) and screw on Compressor Nozzle (Part 5). DO NOT OVER 

TIGHTEN.

4.  Remove washer and nut from Large Hose (part 3). Feed exposed thread through the 

hole in the bottom of the cabinet. Replace washer and nut. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN
