Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet, the lifting system is now ready for use. The pump start s working as
soon as the water level has reached the starting level in the collection container. Once the water level reaches the
stop level, the pump switches off.
6. Maintenance
6.1. General
The entire system must be checked and serviced at regular intervals.
The following points should be noted:

The operating instructions must be available to the maintenance personnel and must b e fo l l o w e d .
Only maintenance work and measures listed here may be carried out.

All maintenance, inspection and cleaning work on the machine and the plant must be han d l e d w i th
the greatest care and be performed in a safe workplace, and by trained personnel. The necessary
personal protective equipment must be worn. The machine must be disconnected from the power
prior to any work on it. Unintentional switching on must be avoided.

Electrical work on the machine and the system must be performed by a specialist.

When flammable solvents and cleaning agents are being used, open fire, naked lights and smoki n g
is prohibited.

Ensure that the necessary tools and materials are available. Order and cleanliness guarante e s a fe
and trouble-free working on the machine. Remove used cleaning materials and tools from the
machine after completing the work. Keep all materials and tools in their designated places.
A trial run or functional test of the machine must be carried out under the general operating conditions!
6.2. Maintenance schedules
Semi-annually:

Visual inspection of the power supply cable

Clean the container
Annually:

Replace activated carbon filter (for odor nuisance even earlier)
6.3. Maintenance work
Visual inspection of the power supply cable
The power supply cable must be examined for bubbles, cracks, scratches, abrasion points and / or pinch p o i n ts .
Upon detection of dam age, the damaged power supply cord must be replaced immediately.
The cables must only be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorized or certified service workshop.
The machine may not be put into operation again until the damage has been properly fixed!
Clean the container
First, disconnect the tank from the mains. Then remove the lid from the lifting system by loosening all 4 flaps
Thoroughly rinse the tank with clean water.
Depending on the degree of soiling, it might be necessary to disassemble the pump. In this case, perform the
following work:
9. Loosen nut 5.04
10. Pull pump cable 37 about 50cm into the container
11. Loosen the hose clamp 6.01 on the pressure hose 4.01
12. Pull the vacuum hose 4.01 from pipe elbow 3.02
13. Turn the pump on the handle clockwise
14. Pull the pump upwards, out of the container
15. Now clean the pump with clean water
16. Now reinstall it all in reverse order
Then close the container with the lid.
Replace the activated carbon filter
Remove the round cap in the middle of the container lid. Amongst them is the activated carbon filter. Replace it
with a new filter and press the cap back into place.
